In Albania, the project is undertaken by Mr. Moustake Emilian, a Dr at Panteion University and Lecturer at the University “Akademia e Biznesit” in Tirana, with the aim of promoting Greek culture and the Greek language by organizing events covering the whole spectrum of Greek culture: exhibitions, theater, film and documentary screenings, workshops, conferences, tributes to great personalities of culture and science, book presentations, music-literary evenings, festivals, competitions, educational programs, etc.
